Party dress slimming tips!

You've got your Christmas party coming up, you have got your party frock to get into and you are tempted by that biscuit barrel that keeps doing the rounds around your office!
So what do you do?
Chris Best is looking for your tips on how to lose weight quickly... well, in the three weeks to Christmas anyway! Obviously he isn't going to be wearing a party frock but he still wants to look his best over Christmas.
We've got a few tips and hints... but no quick fix! Surely there must be an easy way to lose weight... that takes no effort whatsoever?
Here are a few hints:
1, Drink lots of water. Not so easy if you don't like the taste but drinking water is the fool proof way to lose weight. It reduces your appetite. Oh, and it is great for hair and nails too.
2, Eat lots of vegetables. This is pretty much the healthiest food group there is... loads of vitamins and minerals but hardly any calories.
3, Eat little and often. Snack on sensible things like berries, carrot sticks and nuts and this is a great way to keep your metabolism up.
4, Exercise. Sorry but if you want to lose weight you need to get moving. But everything from running to gardening and from swimming to hovering helps you burn calories.
5, Say no to desserts, crisps, cakes and other treats. A little of what you fancy does you good... but just for a few weeks you need to say no to the tastier things in life! You can indulge in a piece of cake at the party!
But as great as all our tips are... they aren't very fast.
