Great Escape 2008
They dared to...
On Saturday 5th July, Macmillan's Great Escape took place.
Teams left Strangeway's car park in two coaches. The destination for one was Skipton and the other was Morecambe. they were full of teams whose challenge was to make it to Tiger Tiger, Printworks, Manchester....without using their mobile phones or any money.
The first team back was Adam and Gareth Lord from Guide Bridge MOT in Ashton Under Lyne; Adam and Gareth raised £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support for their challenge. Making it back to Tiger Tiger via two trains and a taxi, without spending a penny!!!
The event has raised £17k from Macmillan Cancer Support in the North West
